1) Before Your Appointment
Access to the Property
Please ensure we can access the property at the scheduled time.
If the location requires a gate code, key, or check-in procedure, share details in advance.
For commercial locations, please inform your team that cleaners will be onsite.
Pets
If pets will be present, please secure them in a safe area or notify us of any special instructions.
Personal Items and Valuables
We recommend storing valuables, sensitive documents, and fragile items before the service.
Please clear countertops, sinks, and floor areas when possible to allow thorough cleaning.
Parking
Please provide parking instructions if needed, especially for commercial buildings or managed properties.
2) During the Service
Communication
If you have priority areas, special requests, or instructions, please share them before the service begins.
